Grand Opening Club Studio Westchester: When Fitness Meets Love

Club Studio's Grand Opening in Westchester, California was one of those projects that quietly moves a business forward — both for the client and for us. The opening fell on February 14, which gave the whole event a soft Valentine's twist that we wanted the décor to honor without losing the modern, athletic feel of the brand.

A new format for us: outdoor LED marquee, stacked

This was the first time we installed large LED marquee letters outdoors at the scale of a full grand opening. Outdoor work is a different kind of responsibility — wind, ground stability, sightlines from the street, and an assembly window that cannot slip. We treated it the way you would treat a wedding install: every cable, anchor, and load path planned before we left the studio.

It was also the first time we built a two-row stacked letter setup. To make it safe and beautiful, we designed a new folding frame from scratch — strong enough to support the second tier, narrow enough to transport, and built to be reused on future installations. It is now part of our standard kit.

Pink, red, white and gold — with a Valentine's wink

We anchored the marquee with a custom balloon garland that ran the full height of the structure. Palette: pink, red, white, and gold, with a few subtle heart accents tucked into the garland — enough to nod at February 14 without the whole installation reading "Valentine's Day." That balance is something we obsess over in our corporate and grand-opening décor — the brand has to come first.

The moment everything came together

When the LED letters lit up and the warm glow spread across the entrance, the space changed character. Modern, photo-ready, alive. The kind of moment that reminds us why we do this work — not just decoration, but the atmosphere around someone's milestone.

A personal note

A new business has its own energy on opening day. There is ambition, nerves, and the quiet hope that everything lands. For us, this project was a step up: a two-level structure, a new frame design, and a tighter outdoor execution than we had done before. We finished the day with more confidence in what we can build next.
